the torsion testing machine is made up of loading system, digital data collecting system and computer control,measuring and display system. It is can be used to measure the static torsion mechanical properties of metal and nonmetal materials like transmission shaft, bolts, arts of bimetallic material, connectors, etc.
Parameters like torque, torsion angle and relationship between torque and torsion angle can be measured and examined with the testing machine. Test curves of torque VS torsion angle, torque VS time, torsion angle VS time can be displayed on the computer during and after test.
Its horizontal frame adopts high quality structural alloy steel which makes the whole frame has high rigid and to prolong its service time immensely. The moving chuck adopts precise linear guide way to bear more static torque as well as rated dynamic load.
